Orders are mailed out the exact day you place your order. No delays or waits. The only wait you have is for the United States Postal Service to actually deliver your order. Since orders are sent via first class mail with regular stamps there is no tracking information provided. However, you may upgrade your order at anytime to any other mailing option and get a tracking number.
Every envelope is sent with the designated amount of rose petals for the product you choose, and you have options to include a note, or change the envelope.
- Returns & Replacements
Unfortunately, there are no refunds for any of our products once they are shipped, and they cannot be returned for obvious reasons. We apologize for any inconvenience.
